The order of the Businesses and Services lists is calculated automatically, using the same criteria for everyone:
- Reviews — a smoothed average rating: a few reviews weigh less than many, to avoid distortions.
- Number of reviews — more opinions mean more confidence.
- Complete profile — photo, description in Portuguese and Italian, contacts, address or service area, opening hours or languages, website or social media.
- Freshness — new listings get some initial visibility, which gradually fades over about two months.
- Editorial adjustment — the administrators may manually promote or demote a listing, for example to correct abuse.
When searching, only results containing all the words you typed are shown.
